Ball Valve - Quarter Turn Isolation: Our ball valves feature a quarter-turn manual operation with bubble-tight sealing using PTFE/RPTFE seat inserts. These valves are designed for both floating and trunnion mounted configurations, providing zero-leakage operation suitable for critical industrial applications.
Performance Specifications: With pressure ratings up to ANSI Class 600 (PN100) and continuous temperature operating range from -20°C to +250°C, our ball valves are engineered for demanding conditions. Available in full bore or reduced bore port configurations, they ensure optimal flow control with minimal pressure drop.
Design Features & Compatibility: Each valve includes ISO 5211 compliant actuator mounting pads for easy automation integration. Connection options include flanged, screwed, or welded ends, with special fire-safe and anti-static design options available. The anti-static and blow-out proof stem design ensures maximum safety in critical applications.
Standards & Maintenance: Our ball valves comply with API 6D, ISO 17292, and BS 5351 industry standards. The design features replaceable seats and seals for field service, minimizing maintenance downtime. Available in sizes 15mm to 600mm with multiple pressure classes: Class 150, 300, 600 / PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40.
